Top 4* Hotel in Warwickshire with over 200 rooms requires an experienced Proactive Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This role is office and field based and is very proactive with the aim to bring in new business. You will need to have excellent skills in client relations, generating interest in the venue and sales ability. You will have good communication skills and be confident and able to motivate a team. You will need experience in hospitality sales: Room, Agency, Conference and Corporate, so a background in a hotel sales environment is essential. You will be proactively developing new business for the site and developing the key accounts already present.
